Our Process

1. Initial Consultation & Free Quotation

Every good project begins with a good plan of action. We create ours alongside you during our initial consultation, to make sure that your needs and requirements are factored into the strategy right from the start. We develop our ideas around you and your home, not the other way around. We’ll provide a number of possible concepts for you to consider, with a free, accurate, and personalised quotation.

2. Architectural Drawings

With an idea firmly in place, we move ahead with professional architectural drawings which help you to better visualise the completed project. Alternatively, if you’ve created your own drawings that you’d like us to work from, we’re more than happy to do so. This is your loft conversion after all, and we want you to be as involved in the process as you want to be.

3. Liaise With Planning

As part of our commitment to providing stress-free loft conversions and extensions, we factor all legal requirements into our initial build plans. We communicate as needed with local authorities regarding building regulations, building control, and planning permission if required. And with any necessary fees already included in your free quotation, you can be sure there’ll be no nasty surprises.

4. Complete The Build

It’s time to get started! Using only the highest quality materials, we transform your home – using the approved plans. At this point, we’ll also instruct our trusted network of plumbers and electricians to put in the finishing touches to make your new space functional. From start to finish, your loft conversion or extension could be ready to enjoy in as little as 4 weeks!
